We process data to run the service, match candidates and positions, and meet legal obligations, based on contract, consent and legitimate interest.
Data minimization and residency
We collect only what a decision requires and host data within EU regions.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You can delete your account and personal data yourself at any time in Settings, without asking us. For anything else contact privacy@empmaker.com.

Matching scores are explainable and always subject to human review. You can request the reasoning behind any decision.
