Agreement

By using WorkConnect you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls or use it for unlawful discrimination.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees are stated at checkout. A failed payment starts a grace period before premium features pause.

Availability

We aim for high availability and state SLA targets in enterprise agreements. Seed and demo data may appear in previews.

Liability

The service is provided as is within the limits allowed by law. EMP MAKER is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
